Sentered, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the parent legal entity behind three consumer and business-facing brands. We respect the privacy concerns of all users across our websites and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information is gathered and how it may be used.

This policy applies to all websites, subdomains, landing pages, funnels, and services operated by Sentered, LLC, including:

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information is automatically collected from your visit to our Sites. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of our internet servers and third-party tools, as described below.

Section 3: How We Collect Information

A. Forms & Opt-Ins

We collect personal information through opt-in forms, landing pages, contact forms, lead magnets, registration forms, checkout pages, appointment booking forms, and other interactive features across our Sites. Our consumer-facing Sites (SenteredLiving.com and FixTheFire.com) are built and operated using GoHighLevel (GHL), a marketing and CRM platform. GHL automatically captures form submission data, page visit history, and device/browser information when you interact with our Sites.

B. Automatic Data Collection

Our Sites use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to automatically collect non-personal information as described in Section 9. This occurs whether or not you submit any form.

C. Chat Features

Our Sites may include a live chat widget or chatbot. Any information you provide through these chat features is collected and stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

D. Phone & Email Communications

When you call, email, or text us, we may retain records of that communication for service and quality purposes.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service notifications

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our primary CRM, marketing automation platform, and funnel builder for SenteredLiving.com and FixTheFire.com. E. Zoom (Webinar Platform)

Section 6: Payment Processing

We accept payments through Stripe. When you complete a purchase:

Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using SSL encryption

The Company does not store credit card information except as necessary to complete a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement, or as otherwise authorized by you

All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards through Stripe

We send marketing emails and other communications to subscribers and customers. By providing your email address through our forms, you consent to receive email communications from us. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

We may send text messages (SMS) to the phone number you provide only if you have given explicit consent through our website forms or by texting to join. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Sentered, LLC / Sentered Living™ / Fix The Fire™.

Third-Party Data Sharing — Critical A2P Disclosure

We do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record-keeping purposes. These cookies are restricted for use only on our Sites and do not transfer any personal information to any unauthorized third party.

Section 10: Health Information Disclaimer

Sentered, LLC and Sentered Living™ provide natural health coaching and consulting services. We are not a licensed medical provider, and the information and services provided on our Sites are for educational and wellness coaching purposes only. Nothing on our Sites constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you voluntarily share health-related information during a coaching consultation, intake form, or other interaction, that information is used solely to provide our coaching services and is treated with the same care and confidentiality as other personal information under this Privacy Policy.

We do not share health-related information you provide with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymized, aggregated wellness data for the purpose of improving our programs and services.

If you have specific medical concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Section 11: User Accounts & Membership Areas

We offer membership areas, client portals, and online programs through GoHighLevel’s membership platform and Substack. When you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree not to share your login information with others

You are responsible for all activity under your account

You should notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Use.

Section 12: Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas

Guests of the Sites are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, chat rooms, and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address, phone number) in public areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages. Please take care when using these features.

Section 13: Data Security

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet. By transmitting such information, you accept that you do so at your own risk.

Section 14: Children’s Privacy / Policy for Children

Children Age 13 and Under

The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on any of our Sites or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

The Company encourages parents to go online with their kids:

Teach kids never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.

Children Ages 13–18

Children between the ages of 13 and 18 must receive permission from a parent or legal guardian to access our websites. The Service is not directed at, and does not knowingly acquire or receive personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn that any user is under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that individual’s personal information and restrict future access. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without prior verifiable parental consent.

You always have the option of removing your name from any email or SMS list in order to discontinue any such future communications. You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

Section 16: Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

The right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information — however, Sentered, LLC does not sell personal information (and has not done so for the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy).

You may also request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Contact us via the methods in Section 24. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your request. You may submit such a request once (1) per year.

When you exercise these rights, we will verify your identity by asking you to log in to your account if you have one, or by requesting information such as your email address or the date of your last purchase from us. Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of our goods or services.

Section 17: Right to Removal of Posted Information — California Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Site. Upon receiving such a request, we will make sure that the information is not publicly available on the Site, but the information may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems and databases.

CASL applies to commercial electronic messages (CEMs) of all types (i.e., email, texts, sound, voice or image messages) meant to encourage participation in a commercial activity. Its key feature requires organizations that send CEMs within, from, or to Canada to receive consent from the consumer before sending messages. Consent can be obtained either explicitly or implicitly. Examples of explicit consent include but are not limited to signing up for our mailing list online, entering sweepstakes and contests, and information requests made via one of our online services.

If you are on our commercial electronic messages mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribe instructions are included with each of our emails. If you choose to unsubscribe, your address will be removed in no more than 10 business days.

Neither the Company nor our Sites knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.
